Our vision is to strengthen pastors so churches will be strengthened. The approach of Poimen Ministries is to connect experienced pastors with senior/lead pastors who need assistance in various areas of their ministries. Our ministry is highly relational. We rely on the Lord as we personally connect with pastors.

PASTOR RAY DASH
Our family considers ourselves to be American missionaries. We were called, of the Lord, out of our pursuit of the American dream into one of the toughest cities in our country, Newark, NJ with a population of almost 300k, a high poverty rate, with which come high crime rates (Google has it listed as one of the most unfriendly city in the world). Our mission is to reach people and teach them the value of living a life in relationship with Jesus!
BRIAN & DENICE GANDY
Denice and I have been married for over 35 years and we have one daughter and four grandchildren. I have been in full-time ministry for almost 10 years. I train village pastors who do not have access to a Bible college or seminary in the Majority World. I go to these countries and teach pastors and church leaders how to do their jobs Biblically. This generally involves a 3-4 day conference three to four times per year. I also minister to persecuted pastors in an undisclosed country. These are pastors who have been beaten, their homes/churches have been destroyed, or they have been imprisoned; for their faith.
INDIA
Please pray for the safety and ministry for our brother in India that we support to serve a tribal community from one of the lowest castes in India. Children can get after school tutoring during the weekdays and on the weekend, there are activities that help to share the gospel with these children.
TERRY & CYNDI CIRRE
God called Terry and Cyndi to support Bible translation with Wycliffe in 2014. They realized the needs in Papua New Guinea (over 850 languages; with 176 languages having translation projects underway, while about 311 languages still needing engagement). Terry and Cyndi completed their required training and after building their partnership team, they moved to Papua New Guinea in July 2016, along with their youngest son, Levi.
KYLE & KRISTA FOX
The Fox Family (Kyle, Krista, Aidan and Liam) has been serving in Belém, Pará since July of 2015. God has called us to focus on the people who are on the fringes of society. We have a weekly outreach ministry called Proverbs 24:11 aimed at those involved in prostitution. We also have a weekly ministry serving an indigenous tribe called Warao, who are refugees from Venezuela. With a number of other ministries such as English Club, and our weekly home fellowship, we stay very busy here!
LIKEWISE WORSHIP
The Likewise Worship Collective exists for the purpose of discipling worship leaders that God is calling to shepherd His people. We aim to equip and train followers of Jesus and gifted musicians to lead humbly and creatively in their contexts for the purpose of unifying the local church through music and worship.
CHOICES
Choices is a non-profit, privately-funded community health center in compliance with federal and state laws. We are staffed by client advocates and medical professionals who are here to listen and provide you with the facts and information to help you make informed decisions about your body and future. All consultations are confidential and the majority of our services are free or at a very low cost.

Jeff and Karen serve with Ministries Essentials, Int’l (MEI), and live in Central Europe.We offer proactive soul care to global workers, national Christian leaders, and third culture kids by joining their journey of faith.
